Birthday Instagrams!

When it comes to my birthday - I suck at taking photos. [you'd think Jose - my photography "business partner" -  would think to take photos? no!] Thank god for Instagram or I wouldn't have shit from the day! Tomorrow night we are going out and REALLY celebrating my birthday and I WILL take pictures but my actually birthday was fantastic :) I loved every minute of the day and felt truly blessed to have spent it with my awesome co-workers and my loving fantastic family :)

It's my birthday!!

Today I am 27!! I've never been one to hate my birthdays and I don't think I ever will - I LOVE birthdays, especially my own :) So today, even if I'm stuck at work half the day, I'll be celebrating with cake at work - followed by dinner and drinks with my family and real celebrations this weekend. 

This year has been AMAZING!! I'm so thankful for all the good fortune and opportunities we've had with our photography business starting and blossoming. I wish for nothing but continued happiness in the next year! :D I have a few more wishes too... to get closer to old friends and make more new ones, learn and challenge myself as much as I can in our business and do more of what makes me happy! :D

Tina's Birthday Wishlist!!

It's that time of year - my birthday!! I will always be excited it's my birthday [I am not one of those haters that doesn't like birthdays] because why not celebrate a fresh new year of life? WHOO! I am about to turn 27 next week and am pretty darn excited! Sooooooo time to share my wishlist!!

It's November!!!

IT'S NOVEMBER!!!!

Oh it's just the greatest month ever. Come on, let's be honest. Thanksgiving is the greatest holiday ever [the official kick off to the holiday season AND the best eating day EVER!]. Not only that but it's my BIRTHDAY MONTH!!! Yesssss November is seriously special in my book for that reason. There's a lot to be thankful for as I turn another year older and suddenly can not WAIT to be 27! 26 was an awesome growing year and it can only get better. I have A LOT of goals for 27 and hope to keep it good :D

So expect to see a few birthday wish lists, lots of personal photos from celebrating and lots of getting souped for CHRISTMAS!!! Though I'll try really hard not to get ahead of myself until Thanksgiving [which is bullshit. If I wanna play Christmas music now, than FUCK YOU I'm gonna.]

A blown out birthday!

On my birthday [which was Sunday, thanks for the birthday wishes!] I spent my day in NYC getting my hair did at Drybar. [get it?? blown out birthday?? crack myself up] I've been dying to try this place since I first heard about it a year ago but I got lucky when I found out they opened one like two months ago in New York! It was such a nice salon and a really great experience! I sat there drinking my champagne and watched Father of the Bride 2 [which I never saw and LOVED!] Than Jose and I spent the rest of the afternoon walking around Manhattan, shopping and eating. It was a great, casual birthday and I loved every minute of it.

It's my Birthday!!

Well what do you know? Today IS my birthday!! I am officially 26. This past year was an amazing year for me and I only hope the next year proves to be just as great. I've learned so much about myself. Today is going to be an awesome day!! But more on that later this week :)

Pumpkin Carving Night

Wait a minute... F the pumpkins for a second. Do we know what month it is?? That's right, it's my birthday month! Rewind to a favorite picture of mine just to highlight as awesome this month is.

This month is the shit! Not just cos it's the month I was born but it celebrates like my second favorite day ever... Thanksgiving! Holla, comfort food day!! But fuck that, my birthday comes first! It's on Sunday this year which means weekend long celebrating bitches. I'm gonna be 26 though so lets not go crazy, I'm not celebrating getting older lol just ME! 

So onto our pumpkins...

Friday night before our party [before the snow] we got together with my brother-in-law & sister-in-law to carve pumpkins. It was their first time carving pumpkins and they were pros at that shit.

Up In the Club!

After dinner in Atlantic City, we went to DUSK at Cesar's Palace. This place is small, a little expensive [though I dont know how expensive cos I didn't pay for shit] weirdly shaped.... but it was off the hook! We had the best time there. The music was the shit and we were dancing non stop. Yes even my man!

It's Jose with a drink in his hand! lol Jose's a beer guy so when he drinks drinks, you KNOW its on! I have more pictures but you know what they say... What happens in Vegas, Now happens in Atlantic City!!

Saturday Night's All Right

Well my birthday has come and gone! I am now 25, it was my last birthday as a "single girl" if you will! And it was the shit! I got amazing gifts [more on that later] and had a fabulous time in Atlantic City. But now I'm sick as hell :( blaaaah! I feel horrrible! But Ima get over it and talk about my birthday dinner!

We went to The Continental at the Pier Shops at Cesar's Palace and it was dope. It was a tapas menu.. though they brought plates out 2 at a time [we did NOT like that] because it really was not all that much food to share between 6 people but the vibe there was dope!

We went down [jose and me] with his brother and wife and our "couple" friends, Nestor and Wendy. All 4 of them are in our bridal party too!

It was pretty yummy... but I did not take picutres of the food or anything else cos I was too busy getting my drink on! I'd definately go back though! Loved it! :) And boo to having no birthday cake! :(

Twenty Five... F*CK I'M OLD!

Well it's that time again ladies! Tomorrow is my BIRTHDAY!! Holla!!! I shall be Twenty Five! And we are spending my birthday weeked in Atlantic City!! Yess! FINALLY the time has come!! I'm very excited and very nervous because my sister is watching my dogs and my house... aaayy im having anxiety just thinking about that! But I HOPE she will respect my house and respect my dogs and watch them both!!

I just want to look back at my "twenties" birthdays real quick! I've had some pretty good ones but this birthday is gonna top them all. Why? Well let me show you!

Last year I celebrated my birthday with a simple dinner at Houlihans with my two girlfriends. Fun... but VERY uneventful!

 And the year before that when I turned 23 I went out to dinner, drinks and dancing with my OTHER girlfriend and Esther [who has been a CONSTANT no matter what at all my birthdays! I love my best friend!!]

 When I turned 22 [the day after Jose took me on the sex and the city tour] my girlfriends and I went back to the city at one of the BEST bars in the city! I wasnt too into it but it ended up being my best birthday yet! [AND i was so drunk, I ended up buying a $100 vibrator! lol still have it!]

 And then there was when I turned 21! Well... Jose was on tour with his band [yes he was in a band] and ALL my girlfriends were not of age yet! lol Sooo they suprised me with a suprise party at my house! My mom lured me out the house while they decorated my house into a "sex and the city" theme. lol Is it obvious how OBSESSED I am with Sex and the City?? TWO birthdays with sex and the city involved! It was a cool birthday even though I couldn't celebrate it at a bar! [Oh AND esther was there for my 21st too! With LONG blonde hair! Notice her hair is different EVERY year??]

And Jose was always there for my birthdays! lol My girlfriends just made sure to take me out and have my own celebration with them. But this year my girls and my man are combining it to make it a great one for sure!! I cant WAIT!! Oh and PLEASE pray with me that my dogs dont end up running away from home while I'm gone for two days!! lol
