The good life

Right now in this moment, life is good.

I have photo shoots happening almost every weekend from now until June. 

We are finding out our "style" when it comes to us and our branding.

Our Anniversary is in 2 weeks!! Can not believe we will be married for a year all ready!

The future is big & scary... but I am so excited for it all!

I usually don't do posts like this but just wanted to keep things simple and to the point :) I am enjoying every moment of my life... with friends & family, in the beginning stages of our business. Everything is just good! 

I am enjoying a 3 day weekend starting today, with a FUN FUN FUN! engagement shoot on Sunday ending it. Can not wait to share what I've been up to!! :D

The Perfect Outfit: Bar Crawl

I'm the type of girl that likes to dress for the occasion. My girlfriend Wendy is the same way! We have talked about what our "ideal outfits" are for several situations. [in fact look through her most current posts to see how she dressed for Easter & a New England day trip!]

 There are just certain scenarios that call for the perfect outfit. Hence, a fun new thing I'll be doing on the blog. First up, the perfect outfit for a Bar Crawl! Hopping from bar to bar sounds like a good night out to me & it's all about being comfy. I like looking cute with touches of edgy, hence all the studded accessories. And no bar crawl is complete for me without my favorite drink, the whiskey sour!

Important life lessons learned at Disney..

On our third day in Disneyworld, we visited Hollywood Studios! The smallest park with the most thrill rides aka where we had the most fun and were too busy having fun to really take pictures. BUT I did happen to learn a lot of stuff that day! So... the things I learned at Hollywood Studios!

it is super fun looking for hidden mickeys in the parks [20X more super fun actually finding them!]

ear hats are essential!

when you're hot as balls in the florida heat... just have a mickey ice cream bar & everything will be okay

i must learn to shoot in harsh sunlight. this was a BITCH to take!

even if its an awesome ride... toy story is not worth a 2 hour wait. & the entrance times outside the rides are totally lying to you.

THIS is by far the GREATEST ride I've ever been on. I don't think I've ever screamed so much in my life... and loved every minute. 

If only I could ride the Tower of Terror again... it was the shit! 

Instagram life lately!

Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! My weekend was nice, besides working. I edited an engagement shoot I did a couple weeks ago, have been deep in planning my next two and in the middle of it all am trying to get this business up and running for real! Not gonna lie, it's A LOT of fun making a business plan & realizing this is actually happening. So exciting!

To those that celebrate this weekend, Have a safe & Happy Easter! I'll be working [morning shifts thank god] all weekend which stinks... but I'm off today which leaves me just a little time to last minute decorate with my mom our table for Easter Dinner on Sunday. And also, yesterday my mom randomly said she wants to dye eggs. Thursday Temptations!

Hmmm... I do see a pattern in this weeks Temptations! Blue & Yellow are two colors that compliment each other perfectly - especially these shades of blue. That dress seems to be the perfect summer maxi dress [which happens to come in a bunch of colors]. And of course kate spade & bauble bar can do no wrong in my eyes! Oh and by the way - Paris VS New York is the cutest book ever. Though no matter how much more elegant Paris seems over it, I'm pretty sure I'll always choose New York.

Experimental Prototype City Of Tomorrow = EPCOT!

Our second day at Disney was spent at EPCOT. I love this park & Jose loved it too! I FINALLY went on Mission Space [a ride I've been dying to try for years] and it was AMAZING!! Jose & I LOVED it. After trying out all the thrill rides, we made our way "around the world" in world showcase. Touring the countries is always a fun part of Epcot. We had sushi in Japan, dinner in France, my sister enjoyed lunch in Germany - how FUN is that??

Our first day started dark and early at 3:30 in the morning. We got to Florida at 10, checked in to our hotel and made our way straight to ANIMAL KINGDOM! Than we went straight to Downtown Disney around 8 and by 10 we were all delirious from how tired we were - but it was a fun first day! I really appreciated Animal Kingdom this last time & Jose was REAL impressed with the things Disney could do (like a SAFARI at Disney?? dope!)

Thursday Temptations!

Another Thursday Temptations here! And wow... 3 pairs of shoes on this one. I am seriously tempted to buy some new shoes this week huh? I'm loving all of these shoes because they are exactly what I look for - bright, fun & bold! I love the skirt can you believe it's from Target? The bag & blazer (both from target) would look great together with some shorts and sandals. What's more comfortable than a blazer? And the watch (from asos) is way cheaper than other gold watches resembling it.
