The Real Royal Wedding: Ceremony Details

It was nuts that when we got to the ceremony/reception site... guests were all ready there! I snuck past and never walked faster in my life. We all sat in the backroom waiting for it to be time but our venue guy walked us through the ceremony set up real quick before that. It looked awesome [for an indoor wedding]

 Soon it was time for people to start coming in! And it filled up pretty quickly!

Before everyone came in to sit, Jose was quick to get a drink and calm his nerves lol

Me? I was pretty good. Just quietly siting in the back with our moms, our bridesmaids and groomsmen... waiting!

After time felt like it was going slow forever... it was FINALLY time to get married!!! And suddenly, my nerves kicked in!

Saturday Night we all gathered to say goodbye to our good friend, Alex, who is road tripping from Jersey to California on Friday. It was an awesome night at the best dive bar in Hoboken and I was her official photographer for the night [since she never carries a camera]

Magnificent

On Christmas 2009, Jose proposed to me. He also gave me U2 tickets that were SUPPOSED to be for a 2010 concert. But now, after waiting, in 2011 we finally went to that concert. It was amazing. The concert was great and the seats were fabulous! On top of it being about 100 degrees all night long, it was the perfect concert.

I've seen U2 about 6 times now. They are one of my absolute favorite bands. But seeing them this time with just Jose [as opposed to my sisters] was a great experience in itself and I'm glad he has grown to like something I really love. 

Busy, Busy, Busy

I haven't written in my blog in FOR-EVER!!! Every single day there was some event going on so I couldn't! And when I wasn't busy being out, I was busy packing and moving!! We have officially LEFT our apartment! And as sad as I thought it might be... i am so happy it is over and we are finally here at my moms! Our animals transitioned very well [even though the cat was MAJORLY stressed for a couple days] and now our apartment is a memory. We still have a TON of unpacking to do but I'm just glad we are moved. 

Jose's mom helped us out sooo much the past two weeks. Oh and she LOVES her grandsons.

It was such a mess for a long time and now it's done! Yay! So back to posting regularly ;)

The Real Royal Wedding: Everybody!

After Jose & I took our pictures together, we had our lovely bridal party come in. Our bridal party is a pretty chilled out bunch. So we were shocked at how much they really stepped it up for us all day. Everything was just amazing. 

And while they waited our mom's took a picture together. I absolutely LOVE this picture of them. How beautiful are our moms?? 

Next up: our moms get in on it!

Crazy ass wedding!

On Saturday we attended Jose's moms' best friends wedding. It was ghetto!! The DJ sucked, which killed the whole mood. And the guests were just... crazy! lol [Scroll down to the end to see a video of what exactly we had to deal with] but we made the best of it! Playing hanging with friends all night on our iPhones with each other lol

A gorgeous beach wedding

My good friend [and old boss] got married July 9th in Punta Cana. I was invited but sadly could not make it cos Jose and I couldn't afford two beachy all-inclusives this year. But when she showed me the pictures I was amazed at how everything came together so beautifully for them and had to share. This might get any of you girls thinking about a destination wedding to jump the gun... cos this wedding looks amazing!
