Ohhh it's Monday again?? And it's the last week of January?? Better make it a good one!! My weekend was really really laid back. I had to go into to work at 10PM last night [yes.. an overnight :(] & worked Saturday morning through a little snow storm and almost died in the process of driving to work! I wasn't up for too much after that. This week will be great!
I haven't talked about it here but after a year and a half of looking, Jose started a new job that he absolutely LOVES and he FINALLY got paid!! After a month or so of not having a paycheck, it feels SO good! And I am insanely happy that he is happy so I see a celebratory date night this week in my future :) And hopefully the get together with my girlfriend that the snow ruined!! BUT THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY WEEKEND...
Getting MY TATTOO!!! WHOOO!!!! This shit looks crazy irritated lol this is just the outlining, I finish it up on March 1st. I'm SOOO excited!! My OWL!!! I love owls [in fact, i believe i blogged about that before] but this one is special. It's a tattoo for my dad who passed away. I read somewhere that some people think owls are keepers of spirits who have passed and I LOVED that. He's on a branch of a maple leaf tree. The maple leaves are for my dad as well. They are the flower of Canada and my father LOVED canada. So tie it all together, voila!
